Refunds and cancellations
Short and without small print: cancel whenever you want, keep what you paid for until the period ends, and if something went wrong, write to us and we will fix it.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no explanation and no penalty. Cancelling stops the next renewal: we do NOT cut off your service there and then.
You keep your full plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan, and you keep your saved searches and favourites within that plan’s limits.
Right of withdrawal (14 days, European Union)
If you subscribe from the European Union, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason.
Because this is a digital service that starts immediately, by subscribing you agree that it begins during that period. If you withdraw after starting to use it, we may deduct the part proportional to the time used.
Refunds
If the service has not worked as promised, write to us and we will refund the affected period. No argument needed: if it is on us, you get your money back.
Duplicate charges made in error are always refunded in full.
If you subscribed from the iPhone or Android app
When the purchase happens inside the app, Apple or Google are the ones charging you, not us, so they handle refunds directly.
Cancel from your Apple account subscription settings or from Google Play. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. Write to us anyway: we can help you through it.
Changing plans
Moving up charges only the difference for the remaining period, and the features unlock right away.
Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you do not lose features you have already paid for.
What this does NOT cover
BuyHub is a search engine: we do not sell items and we take no part in the purchases you make on marketplaces. Problems with an item, a seller, a payment or a delivery are resolved with the marketplace you bought from, under their terms and their returns policy.
Need a refund?
Write to us and we will look into it. A person replies, not an automated form.
